    The tool bar seems to be missing the Media section now where I insert media. The help section says go to the USER Profile but cannoy really seem to find that either. Not sure how to get the media button back on the toolbar

    Hi @usjaycee1, are you using the block editor? If so it’s a bit different, mainly because there are so many more media options available.

    If you’d like to insert an image, I’d recommend typing
    /image

    and then choosing one of those options. The blocks you use most will appear in the list when you type a slash by itself, or when you press plus.

    If I’ve misunderstood completely, could you get a screenshot and upload it to your media library, then update us here? That way we’ll have a clearer idea of what you’re seeing.

    @usjaycee1 on re-reading this I realized you’re talking about the left toolbar. If you can show us what you’re seeing, that will help.

    I kind of wonder if you’re using the All Sites view, and need to select a site.
