  I am learning wordpress to design a website for a private institution website. When the account manager logs in, selects ‘my site’ the left aligned menu bar is missing ‘tools.’ How do we get the ‘tools’ back in the menu bar?

  Has it perhaps something to do with the user role they have been assigned?
