Toolbar missing on Write Post page

Going into New Post and Write Post, the toolbar is missing from the page.

What browser are you using?
And have you make sure the visual editor option is still checked in Users>your profile? Sometimes it becomes unchecked by itself.

Many thanks: it has come back as mysteriously as it disappeared. I had thought that the visual editor was open but it possibly not.

As ellaella wrote, it sometimes unchecks itself.

I have the same problem. Thing is, I checked the rich editor and still doesn’t show up..strange…(though if i create a new page, it does appear there…)
