Toolbar Problems

  When I first try to write (edit) my blog, a small html paragraph appears and then throws the toolbar up with a bunch of x”s. Is there something I need to change on my computer settings?

  Which browser / version are you using?
  Does pressing ctrl and f5 on that screen help?
