Toolbar question

    I just started building a website on a new domain. My previous wordpress site had a toolbar with some convenient options (including the divi builder whitch is the theme i’m using for both sites). In my new wordpress account it only shows the options ‘My Sites’ and ‘Reader’. Are there any steps I can follow to active the toolbar i’m used to working with? I can only find removing the whole bar. That’s not what i’m looking for. Thanks in advance!
