Toolbar Scrolls Out of Sight

  I am using the classic editor in WordPress.com. Suddenly, for no reason I can ascertain, the toolbar has ceased to remain visible as I move down the page. It scrolls up and out of sight. Every time I want to use something from the toolbar, I have to scroll all the way back up to the top of the page.

  Any idea why this is happening? I didn’t make any changes to any settings or otherwise, to my knowledge, do anything to provoke this unwanted change in behavior.

  I think I have the answer. Due to window positioning, I did not realize that there are two scrollbars. One controls scrolling within the editing window; the other controls scrolling within the editing webpage. Not sure how long those scrollbars have been there, but I will only now be using both of them (and positioning my window differently).
