Toolbar stays at top of page making editing difficult

    For some reason, the toolbar where you can adjust the text, insert photos, etc stays at the top of the posting while editing, instead of scrolling down to follow where you are when you are editing. This means that for EVERY change or addition, like adding a photo or changing the text format, means constantly going back up to the top of the page. By contrast, that box for blocks keeps scrolling along, even though I have already chosen a classic format. All it does is constantly get in the way.

    How do I get rid of the annoying block box and get back the editing toolbar?

    I’m not quite sure I understand the problem you’re facing. It sounds like this could be a situation where something else is running interference on your set up.
