TOOLBAR TOGGLE NOT VISIBLE ALL DAY

    Hi

    I edit two websites, including this one of mine. However, I cannot see the Toolbar Toggle on either of my 2 websites, which is normally always visible for editing purposes.

    I am very experienced with WordPress and normally when the Toolbar Toggle disappears it re-presents itself by me clicking on the relevant “box”.

    I have reset my router and refreshed my Page and really would appreciate urgent help.
