Toolbar vanished from ‘view site’

  From my admin screen I can go to my blog by clicking the ‘View Site’ link at the top. In the past, when I accessed my blog that way it gave me a blue toolbar at the top that had links to ‘dashboard’ and ‘edit post.’ Now, that toolbar is gone, although the space it inhabited is still there. Ctrl-F5 doesn’t work to fix it. Deleting temp internet files and cookies didn’t fix it. How do I get it back?

  Incidentally, I use IE 6 and no, I am not going to use Firefox because it isn’t allowed at this particular computer.
