Toolbar when editing pages/posts

  I don’t know how to turn on the actual tool-bar when i am editing my posts (such as in order to change my writting format from bold to italic or to change the font of the text) It appears on one of my blogs that I have with the same theme, but not the other.

  Hoping someone can help me out.

  If you are using the Quick Post on the wordpress.com home pagge leave there and go to your own blog Admin page.

  At the end of Row 1 in the visual editor you will find icon 15. It’s what’s referred to as “the kitchen sink icon”. When you click it Row 2 replete with additional icons will appear. See here for illustrations:
