Tools > Export then Tools > Import keeps failing

    When using Tools > Import I received this message.
    “We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.”
    It is now more than 48 hours later and nothing has happened.
    Surely this is an automatic process.
    Are you fixing it manually?
    What causes it to keep failing?
    What am I doing wrong?
    I am trying to set up lots of these templates for students to work on.

    The site I tried to import it into was . . . http://liveorgau.wordpress.com/
