Tools for more languages in one blog

  Hi,

  I’ll do a long trip to a foreign country next year. I want to blog about it. Problem: Some of my friends only understand English (or their mother tongue which I don’t understand), my family at home only speaks German.

  How about a tool or icon, where you can switch languages? And with that the author of a post would need a tool where he can select other languages in which he wants to type his article. So that you can find one article or draft on your dashboard including the different language versions. So if you change something in one of the languages, you can change it as well in the other without having to search for the other article again.

  I have a page on my site that uses google’s automatic translations. If you want to write the posts yourself in multiple languages (so that they make a bit more sense!) you could always just tag them with the language so they can be easily organised. There’s no way of monitoring how they are edited though as far as I know.
