Tools > Marketing > Traffic menu not showing

    Hi,

    I cannot see the above listed menu section for my shop’s website and for the last 24 hours Google Analytics is showing no data for the site. I have also activated sharing on Jetpack but still nothing.
    How can I get this menu item showing so that I can link the website with the Google G4 account?

    Hi Katherina,

    The Tools >Marketing >Traffic page is specifically if you go via the My Sites dashboard here on WordPress.com.

    But it looks like the Jetpack connection for your site is broken at the moment, so you won’t be able to access any pages via our interface:

    In WP-Admin that option is under Jetpack ->Settings ->Traffic, which will take you to http://africaorganics.ee/wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack#/traffic, but that also won’t work until you fix the Jetpack connection itself.

    If the troubleshooting info linked on the Debugger page doesn’t help with fixing the connection, you can find Jetpack support at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack/
    for more help with this.

    That said, the Google verification on that page is only for Google Search Console. Google Analytics uses a different verification, and that’s not something that’s included in Jetpack. Instead, you’ll need to use a dedicated GA plugin, or do the verification manually by editing your theme headers themselves.

    Google’s official plugin for Analytics is the Site Kit plugin, so I recommend you look at that one:
