‘Tools’ missing from sidebar in Admin account

    Hello,

    Does anyone know where I can find the “Tools” option in the sidebar inside my admin WordPress account? I think it’s missing somehow. I see it in all the other websites I manage, but I can’t seem to find it on this one.

    Additionally, I’m not seeing the “My Sites” option in the upper left corner of the dashboard that others have talked about, likely because this is the only account for this client.

    Any insights would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

    Your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but is hosted by wpengine, that’s why those items are missing.
