  How can you edit part of the text in the Top area content section as to underline just a few words of text there?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It looks as though the website that you require assistance with is a self-hosted WordPress.org site rather than WordPress.com.

  Hi there 501c3center.com is using WordPressdotcom nameservers. As a Business plan user you do have direct access to support via live chat and email when you post at https://wordpress.com/help/contact No need to post in the community forums.

  Please do a whois search on domains to confirm where they are pointed. WordPress.com business sites will point to us as justjennifer pointed out.
