Top bar items

On the bar at the top of the page are things like ‘follow’. How do I add to or remove what appears there? (Theme=monochrome in case that is relevant.)
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That is the Admin bar, which appears to all logged-in WP.com users. You can’t control what shows up there.

Thankyou…appreciate this. It raises a further question, though: why are there different things on the Admin Bar on my different blogs?

That could be because Staff is working on the Admin bar. Do you have any other issues you need help with?

That makes sense; I just checked, and they are all the same again. (I did check the ‘documentation’ but couldn’t track down what I needed…sometimes, just knowing what things are called is Very Helpful. For now, I’m muddling through okay…I think.)
