Top Bar Not Working On Garland

Exactly what the title says. The Bluish bar that you always see when logged in doesn’t work when I’m using the Garland theme, and viewing my own blog.

i use the Garland too and the top bar is working normaly…
the only problem i have is costumizing colors, do you have this problem too?
do i have to pay to costumize the colors?like CSS?and about your problem, try to use another theme, then when works, back to Garland…
i dont know exactly to do ;p -
I see that your’s is working perfectly. And, I’ve tried switching to others, then switching back and the problem reoccurs. Also, I don’t really have a problem with customizing my theme. (And no, you don’t need to pay to customize your CSS to change the colors.)

Ah, I figured it out:
I had been using an iframe. If I left it unclosed, it would clear everything from the screen after itself in the code. Even if I use a closing iframe tag (</iframe>) or made a self-closing tag ( />) it would clear the contents of the text widget I was using.
So, not using the iframe fixed my problem.
