top level page columns running together
-
yesterday, after making one very small new post, and updating my top post, my columns on my top level page, Shiradest.wordpress.com, all began to run together, yet when one clicks on any specific blog post, everything works fine and is visible just fine. I can’t see where any changes or posts I made yesterday (I made a back-dated post first, dated 3 September, yesterday morning, and then added several lines to my table at the bottom of my top post, dated 6 October).
What could be causing my shiradest.wordpress.com columns to run together when they all display just fine from a specific post?
best,

Hi Shira –
Did you make the posts with the new Gutenberg editor? Or through html in the text based editor?
Just trying to sort out where I start looking at where things are going wrong. Thanks!

Hi Shira – No worries. Can you take a look at the post in edit form here:
https://shiradest.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=2153&action=edit
Is that how you want it to look?

Hi, Liz;
Yes; that is how I want it to look. But it doesn’t show me the theme/widgets, etc; I’m only seeing the post itself in this view.
Thanks;

Hi Shira, I’m not sure whether we’re seeing the same thing.
Are you talking about the columns here running together?
original SD Continuing Education (NCC) HSE Prep Class notes, etc Here…
And is that the top post you’re referring to as well? If so it would seem the edit to that post is causing the issue. You can check its history and undo the change, or let us know what specific part you were changing.
If that’s not what you were referring to, can you clarify where you’re seeing things run together?
