Top Level Page “Not Found” – Please Help

  I accidentally deleted the top level page in my blog. If you go to my blog
  http://englishcountrydance.wordpress.com/
  you will note that the top level page says “Not Found – Sorry, but you are looking for something that isn’t here” I have not been able to figure out how to create a new page and have it appear at this top level position.

  I am new to this and would greatly appreciate your help in explaining what I need to do.

  Create a post — not a page — and publish it and that’s where it should appear.
