Top margin in header is too wide

  I’m using the Terra theme. Under the heading customisation, it suggests you can change the top margin, but no matter what I do, it stays the same. The default is 66px. I want to see what it looks like with 10px.

  Actually, the blog header is fine–I’m working on a website using Terra theme: http://nc.hivewebhosting.com

  What short code should I use to reduce the white space at the top of the header?

  I checked http://nc.hivewebhosting.com/ and I found that site is setup using WordPress software, but it is not hosted here at WordPress.com. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ to learn about the differences.

  You should check in with the theme author first to see if they can help, and if you need to you can also try asking for help in the volunteer WordPress.org forums at http://wordpress.org/support/
