Top Menu bar / LOGO Spacing Issue

  I cannot seem to find the css code to make my top menu bar longer and my Logo box smaller, my logo is small however the logo box coding is bigger than my picture so its causing my top menu bar to have two rows. I have looked into my themes header coding but its all blank or typical wordpress wording. On google chrome when i right click and select inspect, I can find the css coding and see how it would look if i changed it but its not like you can save it from there.
