Top Menu doesn't link to correct Page
-
Appearance > Menus > Select Menu To Edit – Top Menu.
From the left column I select ‘About Me’ page > Add to Menu >Save Menu
Then when I navigate to the Top Menu and click ‘About Me’ I go to a page with all my Posts, ordered by most recent… not my ‘About Me’ Page. Hence my situation:
Menu link doesn’t link to correct page.
However, I think having a link to my Posts would be pretty cool to have on my top menu, only with the title ‘Blog’ instead of a misleading ‘About Me.’
To sum it up I have 2 questions:
1) I have made a temporary solution by creating a new page entitled ‘Kenji’ which I would ideally like to have read ‘About’ or as I previously mentioned ‘About Me.’ Only this time without linking to my Posts.2) How can I include a link to my Posts in my Top Menu with the link title ‘Blog’?
Thanks so much for your time and consideration.

Hi there,
I took a look at your site and I’m happy to answer your questions:
1) I have made a temporary solution by creating a new page entitled ‘Kenji’ which I would ideally like to have read ‘About’ or as I previously mentioned ‘About Me.’ Only this time without linking to my Posts.
I checked your page ‘Kenji’ here: http://usolee.com/kenji/
If you want the page to be titled ‘About’ or ‘About Me’ you can change that in the page editor. Go to Pages > All Pages in your dashboard and click on the page title ‘Kenji.’ Then, enter the new title you want the page to have, and click the Update button. This will keep the same content on that page but give it a new title.
2) How can I include a link to my Posts in my Top Menu with the link title ‘Blog’?
To do this, you’ll need to start with a page titled ‘Blog.’ I see that you already have a page titled ‘Blog’ under Pages > All Pages in your dashboard. You can either use this one (in which case the content on that page will be replaced by your blog posts) or you can create a new page.
If you want, you can create a new page by going to Pages > Add New in your dashboard. Give your new page the title ‘Blog’ and then publish it. (You don’t need to add any content.)
Then, under Settings > Reading in your dashboard, look for the “Front page displays” setting. In the drop down menu next to “Posts page:” select your page titled ‘Blog.’ Then click the Save Changes button. That page will now display your blog posts.
Finally, you can add that page to your menu under Appearance > Menus, the same way you added the other pages to your menu there.
Please let me know if you’d like any further help with that! :)
