Top menu replaced by “navigation” button that does nothing

    Hi,

    At the top of the page there is a menu linking to different pages (news, contact, etc). However when viewing that menu on the phone, or when resizing the window horizontally, the menu disappears and is replaced by a button that says “Navigation” and does nothing when clicking on it.

    Why is that? How can it be fixed?
