top navigation bar

    I’ve been playing with the sandbox theme and Im able to change it to the way I want but, I can’t get a navigation or menu bar(bar that lists all my pages) or the top. Or I can’t get the 2nd sidebar with the top navigation bar. How come I can’t have them both when using sandbox?

    Im using the sandbox skin with no CSS stylesheet. I can get the top navigation bar but not a 2nd sidebar.

    On another sandbox theme with 3 columns I can get the 2 sidebars but, not the top navigation/menu bar.

    Whats the deal, is it just out of my control? I have looked on the internet and couldn’t find answers, does anyone have some?
