top navigation menu knot showing in all the pages

Hello,
I have been facing this problem recently that some of my pages don’t show the top navigation menu, where it shows the username and the menu to take it to the dashboard and so forth, any help would be appreciated I am using the latest up-to-date wordpress release.

I checked both sites, and it looks like they are hosted at another hosting provider and using the open-source WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
It might be best to reach out to your hosting provider for additional information on issues you have been experiencing, as this could be related to many things such as permission issues, plugin conflict, etc.
