  Hi i want to add a additional search box in my top navigator menu , how can i do it?

  Also for the additional sidebar you are looking for you can you add additional Widgets which are allowed at the side only in case of your theme.
  IF you go to your Themes–> Customize you can reach the widgets section at the bottom , where you can add an additional Search Widget https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/search-widget/

  In case you want to be able to adjust your widgets you can use some other theme which can enable you that. Or also there are Premium and Business plans which you can subscribe with a lot of features.
