Top Pages widget not working
-
Hey guys,
My Top Posts widget doesn’t appear on my home page. I’m able to set it, drag it over to the side bar section where I want it, but it doesn’t appear. My Top Posts and Pages widget does, but I’m not interested in having my Top Pages. Any ideas? Did it somehow deactivate and if so, how do I re-activate it?
Thanks kindly,
Laura

The widget choices we have are these:
Top Posts
Top Rated – A list of your top rated posts, pages or comments. After you have dragged and dropped the widget into the sidebar – click it on the top righ hand corner so it opens. Then configure it to your liking. Then click “save” and “close” inside the widget.

Hi Timetheif,
Thanks for replying. That’s exactly what I did with the Top Posts widget quite a few times! Urg… and I’ve successfully added many widgets to my home page. Top Posts just is not appearing on the home page, like a bug. SO frustrating. I think support is away this week, but I was wondering if anyone else was having problems with this? My theme is coraline btw.
Thanks,
Laura

This isn’t a theme related issue and no one else has reported it. I’m thinking you must have a browser issue as I just did this using Firefox 7.0.1 on my blog and it worked — no problem. Please try this troubleshooting tip and clear your browser cache and cookies and then try again.
