  Hi,

  Why can’t my new layout show more than three top posts? I have configured it to show 10 top posts, but it only shows three posts.

  This may be a silly question, but after you changed the configuration, did you hit Save Changes? Some people just hit View Blog and that doesn’t save them.

  Thanks for the silly question, Raincoaster ;-) Yes, I did. And I used to have the freshy-layout, and have just changed it to this new one. And then my ten top posts only became tree.

  Now I see more lines:

  And in case that’s not it (my…whatever language that is…is rusty) this other one shows four:

  Mest lest de siste to dagene

  Did you change anything between your last post and now?

  It’s Norwegian :-) Ok, I guess it must have something to do with the changing of layout. The last title “Mest lest de siste to dagene” means top posts, last two days. And only shows 4. But before I changed the layout it used to show 10.

  (And, of course, this lead to more views of different posts.)

  But, it showed three when I looked at it before, I thought. Anyway, I’m going to assume you’ve gone in and re-reconfigured it to ten? Because when you switch themes, all that stuff goes to different defaults.

  After that, I’m out of ideas.

  Some of the themes have had their widgets hardcoded. Blix is the big one like that I believe. Which themes are we talking about anyway and which blog? I can check on some of the themes.
