Top posts links wrong

I moved my blog from http://philosophy.iminthepack.com to http://philosophymatters.org a few months back. I recently started using the Top Posts Jetpack widget, and the links are all wrong, even for entries created well after the move. If you go to the philosophymatters site, you can see that the posts on the left link to philosophy.iminthepack.com. I have a redirect set up so it comes back to the correct site, but I would like the links to be correct.
The only thing I’ve read about similar problem says there is a setting on my wordpress.com account (due to jetpack authorization to this site) that needs to be updated, but I haven’t been able to find anywhere to change this.
Can anyone help?

Although the blog is self hosted, it relates back to a Jetpack integration with wordpress.com, so I believe this post is relevant.
