'Top Posts & Pages' widget not displaying the correct top posts

Hi there,
I noticed a difference of my top posts as listed by the ‘Top Posts & Pages widget’ versus the Site Stats.The widget shows my top 10 posts as such:
[1] A Best Friend’s Guide To Shopping In Seoul
[2] A Cultural Experience in Incheon Airport
[3] 3 Days & Nights of Seoul Feasting
[4] Interlude in Ipoh: Zakka Loft
[5] Seoul: Hongdae Free Market
[6] The Streets Of Seoul Are Paved With (Delicious!) Snacks
[7] 300 Views in 10 Days
[8] Seoul: Tom’s (Cat) Cafe, Hongdae
[9] Hooray for Tokyo Olympics 202
[10] Creativity in Cheras: Pipit ZakkaBut the Site Stats say these are my top 10 posts:
[1] A Best Friend’s Guide To Shopping In Seoul
[2] The Streets Of Seoul Are Paved With (Delicious!) Snacks
[3] 3 Days & Nights of Seoul Feasting
[4] Seoul: Hongdae Free Market
[5] A Cultural Experience in Incheon Airport
[6] Interlude in Ipoh: Zakka Loft
[7] 300 Views in 10 Days

The top posts widget displays the posts and pages most viewed over the past 48 hours.
The top posts stats counts hits over a longer period of time: past 7, or 30 days, during the past quarter, year, or all time.
They are counting a shorter or longer time, depending on which statistics you are looking at.
