Top Ratings for Comments

  I’ve repeatedly tried to enable the Ratings option for comments on my blog and it will not enable. It says it’s updated, yet the box won’t stay checked and the ratings option will not appear above or below each comment. What is up?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I thought I should post this query as well but before posting I search for a Solution and saw this similar Thread.
  I am doing exactly the same as mention in this explanation and Video http://en.support.wordpress.com/ratings/ but It’s not appearing for me either. Also I am unable to see the Advanced Tab as well.

  This is a peer support forum where your fellow bloggers voulteer to answer questions. Volunteers do not have backend access to blogs and cannot apply any technical fixes.
