Top Tool Bar Missing

I searched the forums and the only similar topics I could find are years old.

    I manage 4 sites:
    https://nrtucker.com
    https://whimsicalperceptions.com
    https://renegadewritersguild.wordpress.com
    https://sweetteastorytellers.wordpress.com

All four sites are set up using the same theme as it’s easier for me to maintain. The two sites that I pay to direct link into (without wordpress in the url) are the ones I can’t access. The only way to access “My Sites” and the rest of the top tool bar is to go to one of the sites with wordpress in the url, go to My Sites, and switch over. If I didn’t have an account with no purchases, I don’t think I could access my websites. As it is, I switch back and forth between accounts to do anything. This has been going on for months. I’ve opened three support tickets but apparently I’ve done something wrong.
    Request #1438420.
    Request #1473564.
The most recent was submitted this morning and I don’t have a ticket number. If it follows the path of the first two, in a few weeks I will get an email asking “how did we do” with the ticket number provided. The first two ticket responses have asked “how did we do” when no one from wordpress had contacted me.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Sorry to hear you’re having issues.

I was able to see my WordPress.com toolbar at the top of your sites (https://nrtucker.com and https://whimsicalperceptions.com/) when visiting them and I’m not sure why you’re unable to see the toolbar while logged into your WordPress.com account.

I’ve tagged your post with “modlook” to make sure the WordPress.com staff is alerted.

  • Hi there,

We have already replied to your ticket #1473564, so please follow up there.

Also, please don’t submit multiple requests. We will get to you as soon as we possibly can, and submitting multiple requests slows things down.

Sorry, I was attempting to get something fix that has been broken for months. I shall mark this as resolved and continue switching between sites.
