Top WordPress bar gone?

  I don’t see the top wordpress bar anymore when I visit my blog but I’m still logged in when open my bookmarked dashboard page. I don’t think I accidentally switched it off (if it is at all possible), but I like it back. Anyone no what could’ve happened?
