  Try logging out of WordPress.com and then clearing your browser cache and cookies http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050. Then use this syntax below to search the Categories and Tags Topics pages.

  http://wordpress.com/tags/%5Binsert topic]/

  For example:
  http://wordpress.com/tags/technology/
