Topline Tool Bar is not showing

    Top Toolbar is not showing even when I turn it on.

    I am using safari 14.1.2 on mac with 10.14 OSX

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)
