  I wouldn’t recommend deleting your domain or delete your site if you want to start fresh.

  bokonynorbert has a domain bokony.com and wants the domain mapping to be removed form the underlying .wordpress.com site. The relevant support doc is: Deleting a site with upgrades https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/#deleting%C2%A0a-site-with-upgrades

  The WHOIS search reveals the domain registrar is Automattic and what Staff need to know from bokonynorbert is whether he or she intends to use the domain which has not yet expired (Expiration Date:
  2018-08-18) on another site or not.
