Hello.
I just entered in my blog, and when i go to my dashboard the next message pops out in red:TOS Warning: Our records show that your blog may be in violation of our Terms of Service or advertising policy. If you believe your blog complies with those policies, please contact support@wordpress.com immediately to ensure your blog is not suspended.

That seems real clear to me. Did you read the information at the links I provided above? WordPress.com blogs are non-commercial blogs. They cannot be used to drive traffic to 3rd party sites. No blogger initiated advertising is allowed on wordpress.com blogs.
If you contact staff they will be able to tell you what to do to retain your blog. Posting here makes no sense though because volunteers answering forum questions cannot help you.

You’re welcome. :)
Also note that there is another wordpress option. If you wish to have a commercial or monteized blog you can hire a web host very inexpensively and download software from http://wordpress.org

Good news! If you have no advertising then your blog could just be a victim of a “bug”. Note what Mark says and if you have no advertising then, think positively.
Best wishes for a happy ending :) -
thanks, the message is gone
thx againg for your help, and sorry for my bad english u.u

Thanks for the thanks. Your English is quite good so make no apology. Staff are onto this bug and I’m sure this will be happily resolved very soon. :)
