TOS for Small Business

  I have a friend who is considering moving her domain/blog to wordpress.com . I am worried about TOS violations since it is a small business.

  Does her site http://www.chicmadesimple.com violate any TOS ? What about the business package upgrade? ( http://store.wordpress.com/premium-upgrades/wordpress-business/ )

  I am particularly concerned with her “services” page that list the types of services she offers…

  Any advice or links to resources will be appreciated. I read the TOS but don’t really have a clear understanding of dos and don’ts. There is much confusion, conflicting and outdated information out there…
