TOS Violations

  Hello there, I am registered and while I was working on my wordpress this morning I suddenly was met with an error while adding social media links. The error said, ‘Cannot load: Null’ or something to that effect and when I backed out to refresh the page and try again I suddenly got an error saying I had violated the terms of service. I am working on a Portfolio for school and redoing all of my work is something I do not look forward to, can I get an explanation on what I did exactly to violate the TOS when I was simply editing my page?
