TOS violation/URL reclamation/username from squatter – Contact?

    I work for the automotive parts supplier. The name has been in use since 2001. We’re in the process of setting up our corporate blog on WordPress, and I noticed that someone who’s not affiliated with us has set up a blog to use exclusively to mount a smear campaign. This blog has entries taken out of context and serves solely to redirect visitors away from our business.

    Our name is registered worldwide. Unauthorized use of the name is a violation of WordPress’ Terms of Service (see below).

    As such, we’d like to claim the URL appropriate to our business. Can you please let me know what we need to do to start that process?

I want to create a blog for posts, announcements, for my local team news and announcements here. >> http://samsungtvapps.wordpress.com I want to purchase the ad-free scheme and the “Custom css”. Do you believe I can do this? The page will not be used for ads, selling. It will be informative, announcements, posts, how to videos etc.

    Since we are trying to setup a small posts page another solution is not that convenient for me. thanks in advance for any feedback.
