Please do not post to more than one thread. You have been answered in the first one you posted to. There is a bug in the system. There are now three threads on this please return to the one you started and read the reply https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic.php?id=17389

Sorry about that folks, there was a minor bug that caused the TOS warning message to be incorrectly displayed on rare occasions. It’s fixed now and I’m responding to all the worried emails.

I’m still getting this error occasionally on my dashboard. My blog is jessebockstedt.wordpress.com. Is there still a problem?

I got one of these warnings also. It is not going away and I did email the address in the warning.
I guess I will just wait to hear back from you guys at WordPress :) -

Where would the TOS warning be displayed, if it was displayed? On the dashboard somewhere? Or is it so apparent, that one can’t miss it?

It’s brand-new, so only people who are complaining would know. It’s apparently somewhere on the dashboard.
On the one hand, a warning is a GOOD thing. I hope they have them for Spam and Mature blogs as well. On the other, a bug sending the warning out randomly is not a good thing.

Spam blogs will be nuked on sight as always and all reports are of course very welcome.
The warnings are there because it was a better step to take for blogs where a little direction was needed.
The errors today were just that though – errors. We didn’t expect this to happen just like you didn’t either. But they are fixed and we are working on the fine-tuning.

It would have been in the dashboard near the top of the window as a red banner, but it’s fixed so there is no worry.
