total confusion

A. launch my site B. I thought I had changed my site so it no longer had sitename.wordpress.com to just sitename.com C. normally the coming soon screen comes up but I don’t know how to launch my site D. I tried to log on at another computer elsewhere but nothing recognised me and i couldn’t even get the coming soon screen to come up E. I think I will have to cancel everything I have done, and start over, but can’t even tell how to do that!
I am getting quite frustrated re this whole process, but am sure that it is worth persevering… if only i could get someone’s help!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

https://www.andyetheregoi.com brings me to my ‘coming soon’ page where it tells me I can launch by ‘launch your site just click the link in the banner at the top of the screen.’ But I don’t know what ‘the banner’ is, and haven’t been able to work this out.
Plus when I tried to go to the above coming soon page on another computer it wouldn’t come up…
I really am trying hard to make this work, honest! I am only just learning and am giving it my best!!! -
