Total Confusion over account!

  Hi – I need to speak to someone from WordPress about my account – I am unable to log into my blog and I think there has been a mistake and instead of renewing my subscription I have paid for another! Not a question really for the forum but I’m stuck because I can’t log in to the account I need and I can’t change the password so that I can do that and submit a ‘help’ form – catch 22!
