  Hi, what do I have to do to completely delete my WordPress including site and account?

  I keep trying to ‘delete site’ option but it continually says to manage my purchases before I do this. I have done everything I could except I had a premium skin on my site which never expires and doesn’t give me any options to manage anything, hence I keep getting a loop from ‘delete site’ to ‘manage purchases’ which I can’t do anything about.

  Are there support people I can contact?

  Premium themes have to be removed by Staff or transferred to another site of yours before the site they are on currently can be deleted. Deleting a site with upgrades https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/#deleting%C2%A0a-site-with-upgrades

  Hi there,

  I’ve removed the Premium Theme, so you can now delete your site by going to My Site ->Settings.

  WordPress.com username accounts cannot be deleted completely, but you can deactivate it by following the instructions here:

  Deleting Accounts
