Total Dysfunction. MY SITES NOT RECOGNIZED

I’m completely upset with Word Press. I’ve written for help and get sent to the forum. What happened to the Happiness people? Can I not speak to a human on the telephone ? I have had a blog for at least five years, and three blogs: Madamtruefire on the Hoof
Uncommon Travels and Chasing Wicked Beasts. Chasing wicked Beasts focuses on pandemics, and a lot on Covid. All of a sudden I do NOT EXIST except I pop up as Geri Lennon@gerilennon?????? and NO EVIDENCE that I have blogs. However, they come up but I cannot add to them in any way, and it keeps saying I have NO SITES. Can someone please help me straighten this out? I’ve recommend Word Press to dozens of writers and NOW I AM IN NEED OF HELP. Geri Lennon. Madamtruefire@ gmail.com
And YES my text sounds WORRIED. Where arae the happiness engineers, are they in lockdown somewhere with covid?????? -
Stop creating duplicate threads. You already got answered in previous threads. Just follow up there.
