Total novice, helping a friend with a site

I am totally new to this, but learn fast and computer saavy, I need to update a site for a friend, and be able to update whenever needed. Again, I have never used word press and this is all new to me at this point. Sorry

Are you willing to share the existing site address? Do you know whether it’s hosted here?
