TOTAL outage today (UK paying user)

  The UK access problem got MUCH worse for me today. Previously, it had been an intermittent problem. Annoying, but I could still work. Today, totally impossible.

  Sorry — I know there is a separate thread on this. I did not mean to start a new one. I was simply emailing Support, something I had not done previously.
