  I try to get my billing back because the product was not to my liking. But the $ 99 amount has not been fully repaid, only $ 86. According to the text, the amount of $ 13 was charged in relation to the contracted domain, but in my case I did not have any contracted domain so I urge you to make the return of the full amount.

  Our records for this account show that we issued a full $99 refund. It is possible that it came through as 2 separate refunds, one for $86 and the other for $13.
