Total Site Malfunction

We tried to add in some plug-ins and the screen prompted us to create a gmail account, so we did. We now can’t login because we changed the /admin login page to something else we can’t remember. I can login to johnthekeysplease, but that’s not correct. It created a new account with that name instead of adding the plug in for (email visible only to moderators and staff). Please help.

It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress (hosted by GoDaddy) rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
