Totally new with WordPress -Help please

  Hello all,
  I bought a domain name and webspace in order to create a page.
  Unfortunately I did not know that I will have to use wordpress in order to build the page.
  I am absolutelly illiterate with wordpress so I am stucked.
  Is there a drag and drop software (free) that I can use to build a basic page in wordpress?

  What is the address of that domain? You perhaps bought that domain and hosting somewhere else rather than here at WordPress.com. In which case you’d find support at https://wordpress.org/support/
